Rock of Hope Community and Family (ROHCAF) is a registered community-based organization in Rwanda. Our registration details are available upon request. The Site is operated and maintained by ROHCAF.

3. Donations and Transactions

When you make a donation through our website:

• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
• You authorize us to process the donation using your chosen payment method
• Donations are non-refundable unless an error occurs in processing
• You will receive an acknowledgment/receipt for your donation
• Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by contacting us

4. Child Sponsorship

By participating in our child sponsorship program:

• You commit to a minimum sponsorship period as outlined in the program
• Monthly contributions are processed automatically
• You agree to communicate with your sponsored child respectfully
• Photos and information shared are for personal use only
• ROHCAF reserves the right to reassign sponsorship if necessary

5. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of ROHCAF or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct
